is a visionary initiative that seeks to position India as the accounting and compliance powerhouse of the world by digitizing and simplifying compliance for MSMEs and startups. By harnessing the power of AI, we aim to lower the burden of compliance, reduce costs, and enable businesses to focus on growth and innovation.
Our platform is built on advanced AI-driven compliance solutions, developed in collaboration with leading tax experts, legal professionals, regulatory bodies, and
technology institutes. This synergy allows us to reimagine compliance as a seamless,transparent, and proactive process rather than a burden.
The AI Compliance Platform spans multiple domains, including DirectTax AI for income and corporate tax filings, IndirectTax AI for GST and customs automation,TransferPrice AI for cross-border compliance, and LegalOpinion AI for advisory and research. Additionally, we are building TaxIntel AI for regulatory monitoring,GovernChat AI for conversational compliance advisory, and RiskGuard AI for fraud detection and predictive compliance scoring.
These cutting-edge platforms are designed to empower businesses with accurate, real-time compliance support and to minimize the risks of penalties, disputes, and
